The value creation plan built with the CEO and the executive committee, in 100 days.
The context
Hexvia, parent company of Demeco (removals), a portfolio company of Argos Wityu. The fund and the CEO want to structure the “100-day plan” — in reality the value creation plan for the holding period.
The brief
Build the plan with the CEO and bring the executive committee on board.
What we did
Three and a half months, half-time, remotely with on-site visits: the key initiatives listed, then structured one by one in workshops with the executive committee. Each comes out with a named sponsor and project lead, its objective, its scope, its indicators — starting value and target at the plan’s horizon — its expected impact on revenue, EBITDA and cash, and its action plan. All of it tracked in a collaborative space the teams maintain themselves, initiative by initiative, rather than in a document nobody reopens.
The impact
The plan, written and owned by management — every initiative has a name against it — and a relationship of trust with the CEO, extended into a second project at Demeco.
« Excellent support from Louis-Jean throughout the development of our transformation plan: speed, efficiency, ability to synthesise, relevance and… humour! I highly recommend him. »

Structuring the fund’s operating team in the age of AI.
The impact. The Helm, born of this mission — steering a PE portfolio.

Structuring and running the post-acquisition transformation plan. Three months, renewed up to eleven.
The impact. Some ten initiatives — growth, margin, cash — run to the end, then the baton handed over internally.
ESG strategy in four months: interviews, double materiality, actionable priorities.
The impact. A strategy the group applies, not a report.
