The context
Mobilis, the family office of the Association Familiale Mulliez, wants to equip the governance work on its holdings. Boards operate differently from one company to the next.

Understand what is not working, then choose the right software.
What we did
Some fifteen interviews to identify the pain points — in the composition of the boards, their preparation, their conduct and the follow-up of decisions —, four platforms worked through on four criteria, a reasoned recommendation with its fallback option, and the business case for an offer combining the platform with human facilitation.
