An executive committee offsite that ends with a plan and a horizon.
The context
A business unit of IDEMIA, a portfolio company of Advent, gathers its executive committee for three days.
The brief
Organise and facilitate the offsite; come out with a plan.
What we did
An offsite built to produce decisions, not information. Beforehand: the questions to settle, the material to settle them with, and an agenda timed to the minute. During: working groups on the topics that shape the decade — where to play in 2030, how to win, what operating model, which partnerships — each coming out with a written position. Afterwards: a read-out that separates what is settled, what remains open, and who does what by when.
The impact
A plan, a shared horizon, and a team that cooperated — “a dedicated and talented partner”.
« I had the pleasure of working with CHOC on a sensitive mission for our BU. Throughout the project, I appreciated the way we worked, in particular our strong cooperation and sharing of ideas. Louis-Jean’s kindness and his ability to blend into our executive group were much appreciated by the team. He is a dedicated and talented partner. »
